Reservations and Cancellations

All rentals must be reserved in advance to ensure availability.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation; this deposit is non-refundable.

If you’ve paid in full and must cancel for a legitimate reason (such as severe weather or unforeseen circumstances), we will apply your payment as a credit toward a future rental within one year of the original event date.

Cancellations made less than five (5) days before the scheduled delivery may not be eligible for credit or refund.

Delivery and Pickup

We make every effort to deliver and pick up units at the agreed-upon times.

Delivery times may vary due to weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Please ensure clear access for our drivers to deliver and remove units safely.
Service and Maintenance
- Units are delivered clean and ready for use.

For multi-day rentals, regular servicing will be scheduled as needed.
- Monthly rentals will be serviced weekly unless other arrangements are made in advance.
- Event Rentals, if additional service required, please schedule in advance.
- Contact us immediately if a unit requires additional servicing beyond regular maintenance (such as damage, tipping, or overflowing). Minor issues such as surface cleanliness or restocking of toilet paper are the customer’s responsibility between scheduled services. Additional servicing may require extra fees.
Damage and Responsibility

Customers are responsible for keeping units in reasonable condition during the rental.
- Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
Payment and Non-Payment Terms

Payment (or deposit) is due prior to delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.
- If a scheduled monthly payment is not received, Calkins Portable Toilets reserves the right to remove the unit at any time without prior notice.

We accept checks, credit cards, and approved business accounts.
- We do not accept payments online, please call the office.
